Huggins Edwards & Sharp have widespread experience built up over a period of very many years in the management of blocks of flats.

We currently manage in excess of two hundred blocks, mainly within Surrey and London, but also as far afield as Essex and Dorset. In terms of size, these range from four to over three hundred units, and we therefore have considerable flexibility in the extent of service which can be provided, according to the requirements of the particular client.

Our service typically includes the preparation of service charge budgets, collection of ground rent and service charges, appointment and supervision of maintenance contractors including gardeners, cleaners, window cleaners, lift maintenance engineers, etc., arrangement of repairs and redecoration, handling buildings’ insurance, dealing with relevant enquiries, including from solicitors on change of ownership, undertaking company secretarial functions where required, etc.

We believe that our fees are competitive and provide good value for money for a professional service.

We already manage tower blocks, London mansion flats, country house conversions, and more conventional blocks of flats in many shapes and sizes. We would be happy to quote for the management of your own property and would be pleased to provide you with further particulars regarding our service.
