William Corbett was joined by William Henry Edwards practicing as Corbett & Edwards

W H Edwards was joined by Bernard Edward Sharp and practiced as Edwards & Sharp

1962

Norman & Co formed. Shortly after became Norman & Huggins

1965

Edwards & Sharp acquired the practice of Langlands & Son

1974

Terry Maggs commenced in practice as Maggs & Partners

1980

Edwards & Sharp and Maggs & Partners amalgamated to form Maggs Edwards & Sharp (incorporating Langlands & Son)

1998

Company celebrates 200 years of service

2001

Company renamed to Huggins Edwards & Sharp.
Acquired the practice of Flats & General Management Ltd. Merger with Norman & Huggins of Bookham and Leatherhead. A new branch office opened in New Malden.

2006

Acquired the practice of Malcolm Barry Associates in Walton-on-Thames and formed a partnership with Stephen Anderson & Co of Surbiton. Expansion of Epsom Office into new premises at Apex House.
